CBD FAQs

Why is our Nano CBD superior to regular CBD?

Isolate, raw, and full spectrum CBD has clustered molecules, making for less effective absorption. Our Nano products have separated those clustered CBD molecules and spun them into individual Nano molecules (measuring 40 nano meters), making Nano products much more bio-available for quick and easy absorption. A Nano product with 150 mg of CBD is equal to 1,500 mg of CBD in non-Nano creations, making it similar to a concentrated product. This means the suggested serving size is much less. Find ours here: NANO CBD DROPS.

What is CBD?

CBD (Cannabidiol) is one of over 400 currently identified compounds in cannabis. Our CBD Products come from organically grown industrial hemp stocks and stems. Our CBD is also 99% pure with absolutely NO THC. With our use of Nano technology and our competitive pricing, when you use our products you are getting the best bioavailability and the best value for your money.

Does CBD get you high?

CBD is non-intoxicating, with no association to craving or compulsive use, in other words, it is anti-high. THC is the molecule in cannabis that makes people feel the psychotropic activity. All of our products are 100% THC free.

Is CBD legal?

Hemp derived CBD was made legal with the passing of the 2018 Farm Bill, signed by President Trump. Hemp derived CBD has been completely removed from the Controlled Substance Act and is not defined as marijuana federally so long as it contains less than 0.3% THC. You can read the Official Press Release from the FDA after the passing of the 2018 Farm Bill here – FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb M.D.: On The 2018 Farm Bill. The FDA is currently working on defining regulations for the CBD industry, which is why we are proud to be a company that is setting the standard of Quality and Safety, all of our products are 3rd Party Tested and all of our COA’s are readily available. We are confident that we will meet and exceed all regulatory standards set forth by the FDA and are grateful that they have finally recognized the impact and the importance of CBD!

Is CBD Legal In Idaho?

Idaho is one of the few states that has a no trace element law. CBD is legal in Idaho only if the product is derived from Hemp and contains ZERO THC. Products containing the federally legal limit of 0.3% THC are still breaking Idaho law with even the smallest trace amounts of THC. Our products are all derived from Hemp and are 100% THC Free, and are therefore legal even in Idaho. You can read the Idaho Attorney General’s Response and Clarification Letter regarding CBD here – Idaho Attorney General: On CBD.

Does CBD interact with Prescription Medications?

CBD can and does interact with some medications in much the same way as grapefruit, though with more potent effects. If a medication cautions you to avoid eating grapefruit with it, then you should be aware that CBD could cause a negative interaction as well. The reason for this is that CBD and grapefruit use the same pathway (the cytochrome P450 pathway) that some prescription medications use for metabolization. When CBD is taken with medications that compete for this pathway, it dominates the struggle to be metabolized first. This pushes weaker prescriptions to the back of the line where they are forced to wait to be metabolized. This can reduce the speed and effectiveness of the medication. This does not necessarily mean that you cannot take CBD, but if you are currently prescribed any medications with grapefruit warnings, it is vitally important that you discuss the use of CBD with your doctor. It is your Doctor’s job to know and pay attention to drug interactions so that they can adjust dosing to compensate for or balance out your medications and supplements. If you are currently taking the blood thinners Warfarin or Plavix, CBD can cause a negative interaction. However, there are blood-thinning medications that are safe to use with CBD, such as Heparin and Factor Xa inhibitors. If you communicate effectively with your Doctor regarding the use of CBD, they can make any necessary adjustments and/or advise you on how to safely add it to your life.

What is the recommended dosage of CBD?

We are not medical doctors, therefore we are unable to recommend dosages. However we do provide serving sizes. For example each of our Nano Products “serving sizes” are one full dropper daily. If it is your first time taking CBD “front end loading” is a great way to build up CBD in your system. This is the process of beginning with twice the suggested serving size: one full dropper in the morning, one full dropper in the evening. Once the desired effect is achieved we then recommend moving down to the serving size of only one full dropper daily. You may add to or lessen your specific serving size based on your personal experience with the effects of CBD. For specific questions in regards to medical conditions, we suggest researching “cannabidiol and (insert your condition)”. For first time customers, we suggest beginning with the $45, Pure Care 1500 150mg Nano(equivalent to 1,500 mg’s of non-Nano products), if results are not achieved as desired with the 150 mg product, we would suggest moving to the stronger Pure Relief 3000 300 mg Nano (equivalent to 3,00 0mg’s of non-Nano products). Most of our orally administered products have a serving size of one full dropper, personal serving size may be increased or decreased based on results achieved from the recommended serving size being taken. Please see each product for specific ingredients and serving sizes.
